I'm sure this is possible I just haven't quite cracked it yet. I've got task scheduler to wake the laptop up from standby and play the video but I'm still at the logon screen. So, I did this... http://8help.osu.edu/2063.html and the laptop now logs on automatically but unfortunately to the administrator account, is there an easy way round that? It looks like you can auto logon by changing the registry... http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315231 Isn't there an easier way to wake up to a video? I've heard these phrases but I dont have any experience with either.. command line logon script What say you?
