Hi there, I have exactly same issue with HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device, use Acer Extensa 5420 with Vista + SP 2. I dont know when CD ROM stopped working as dont use very often so couldnt do sys reboot. Unfor I ddint see this and uninstalled device driver :( Saw msg from Wolfymole 15-12-2008, 10:15am, im not comfortable with registry manually and couldnt dload the zip file. Anyway hope someone can help. Many Thanks, James K
