[h=1]Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB GDDR3 LP Graphics Card[/h]Im looking to get this graphics card but I don't know if it will work on my pc I hve a windows xp professional Intel pentium 4 cpu 3.40 ghz 3.39ghz 2.99 gb of RAM and is this graphics card powerful enough to work with the latest games (dues ex human revolution for eg xP)
