Thanks for that. Whilst waiting for an answer I've had a look about and a scan showed that there were several drivers out of date, would that be a likely cause at all/ It's only the inconvenience of having to send it back as I'm unable to drive following an op.

Hi I 'm not really sure where this would go a sit could be a software issue? Anyway, I have ercently purchased an Acer 5551A Laptop, but the Webcam isn't working. When looking at Devices it's not shown. On the Programs there's an Acer Crystal Eye Webcam present. Can anyone help me further. We're runnning Windows 7. Thanks
