Hi CPU fan is spinning as shown in 2nd shot almost 3000rpm. Don't know if that's too slow? How do you apply thermal paste? As I bought PC new I don't think paste has been removed. Have removed CPU fan for cleaning. There is no fan control. There is no extra fans in case only CPU, graphics and power supply fan. There is a grille with a mount for a fan on the side. Extra fan here may help a bit as it gets fairly hot here in OZ. Thanks for help.

Hi Problem is that PC shuts down while running games, this is not a crash but PC power just turns off. PC will only restart if powerplug is removed from both wall socket and PC. [ATTACH=CONFIG]596.vB5-legacyid=1281[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]597.vB5-legacyid=1282[/ATTACH] These 2 jpegs show PC specs. 1st shows temp of CPU and motherboard few minutes after starting Auran Trainz Simulator. 2nd shows how much the temp was when game and whole PC froze. Could neither get screenshot or shut down. PC is defragged 3-4 times a week and error checked about 3 monthly. I run a fair few games train and aircraft sims. PC meets or exceeds reccomended specs for these. Interior of PC recently cleaned. What can I do to fix this problem. Would appreciate any help and advice. Cheers Will
