My friend had a recovery disk from his pc. I literally put this in and waited for it to load and followed the pc's instructions. It took a while to load and there were lots of restarts, but the pc is running great now.

I managed to get a disk from a friend,it worked a treat :)thank you for all help

Sorry for the delay. I've searched but can't find anything.

In beginning i didn't have the pitcture. I removed the hard drive and reconnected it. someone suggested to replace the graphic card wish i did so now i have the picture but keeep getting the massege that windows did not start successfully

I put in a new graphic card in my PC. When I put the computer on I get the message that 'windows did not start successfullly'. It doesn't matter whether I choose safe mode, start normally, safe mode with command prompt etc, I keep coming back to this screen. When I first tried to find out what was wrong with the computer I had removed the hard drive, but did put it back in. Any ideas what I need to do now please
