Hi new to this so go gentle with me. Just bought a new samsung laptop and it has gone through it's set up etc now it wants some human interaction. The OmniPass aspect of the system wants me, in case I forget my password, to set up three questions/answers, having put the answers in it has come up witrh ab Error Message saying 'Please enter only English characters and numbers', which is what I have done. Has anybody had a problem with this and how did you overcome the problem. Thanks Kirky
