Hi logged into Facebook earlier today and noticed after approx 10-15minutes that my screen had started to lock up, tray app area wouldn't appear, browser disappeared etc. I now have a full screen message from 2 police forces (Strathclyde/Metropolitan), effectively informing me that my machine had been locked because I had viewed violence and pornographic materials and to unlock it to pay £100 (through Ukash or Paysafecard). I am unable to get to my desktop, shutting down and restarting my laptop makes no difference. Can you help please? Kind regards
