yes, i tried on another device and it was the same result. i also tried in a different port but nothing happened..

Hi, just bought a CD external drive, i put a cd inside and it worked and was successfully installed but now when i put a cd in it works for a few seconds and then stops working. i cheked the device status and it said everything was fine... help??
