  1. Hi, Thanks for the reply. I appreciate what you say about pulling it apart and its obviously not something I'll be too eager to do within the first few months of having it but I have pulling apart PC's and phones all my life and I'd really want this upgrade. I did think that it would be down to the graphics card and it does say on nvidias website about the 410M doing full HD and 3D...so I take it this is very much possible? In your opinion, ignoring the void warranty and risk, is it worth an upgrade to full HD on a 15.5" laptop?
  2. What I just bought: Product ID : VPCEH2C5E Description : Laptop VPC-EH2C Configurable Optical Drive : DVD disc drive Hard drive : 500 GB Serial ATA (5400 rpm) Wireless LAN : Wireless LAN(bgn) + Bluetooth® Processor : Intel® CoreTM i5-2430M 2.4 GHz Display : 39.5cm LCD 1366 x 768 + webcam Graphics : NVIDIA® GeForce® 410M GPU 1GB Finishes : White Memory : 4 GB 1333MHz DDR3-SDRAM Battery : Battery life up to 4 hours Antivirus software : No protection AC Adapter : 1 AC Adapter HDMI output : HDMI output Microsoft® Office 2010 : Office 2010 Starter Operating system : Windows® 7 Home Premium Can't wait till it arrives! Really happy with what I've configured EXCEPT the screen resolution... I mean its not disappointing but I did want full HD. There was no option for a full HD screen but I've seen videos of people upgrading their laptop screen by fitting a Full HD one. Seemed simple enough to fit but I have no understanding of the HD output needed or whatever is required for a Full HD screen...Is it possible?
