This maybe more of a communication problem but having discussed with BT I am informed that it is an Outlook problem.They also warned me against uninstalling without expert advice as I may lose data.Having received a new laptop (with Win 7 installed) and having installed it successfully,together with my Desktop (on Win XP)on wireless broadband via a BT Home Hub 3,everything works perfectly except OE on the desktop.When I bring up OE I get - ERROR 797, unable to connect because modem not found.This then continues to go through the automatic dial up procedure,which refuses to close until I open up another browser window.I am quite happy to continue receiving my e-mail via BT/yahoo,but need to sort out this OE problem.
