Hi thanks for your message It says - Start windows normally Safe mode When u click on start windows normally it reboots the PC by itself... and shows the message "No signal" on the monitor

Hi there, can anyone help me. ? I have a fairly new Advent Desktop PC with Windows xp.and cannot get it to work. I have a "No signal" message on my monitor when it eventually comes on and it keeps rebooting itself over and over again. and showing a message no signal The Microsoft windows sign does appear but them it reboots and switches off and asks if i want to log on in safe mode..which i have tried and it doesnt seem to work. I wonder if it could be a Virus or power surge problem as i have recently used a different power cable ? Thanks Rachel
