It was an issue with RAM I got past the loading screen and everything seems to be fine I just need to install fresh windows.

It seems to just be something seen with a slow connection how speedy is your internet connection .

Thanks It loaded up but now I got to the Dell Logo screen and the loading bar freezes and will not do anything past that any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I start up my Old Dell Dimension 4700 I get an error on immediate startup which says ' X300 SE 128MB BIOS P/N -113' Whatever this means I know it is something to do with the motherboard I cannot boot into BIOS or load windows normally please help anyone.
