  1. Hi Tried this and both are ok. Didn't change anything. Could a Trojan have caused this to happen? thanks
  2. Hi I uninstalled all the ones with the yellow triangle. However the one called WAN Miniport (IKEv2) wouldn't uninstall. It looked like it was going to but then remained on the list. I rebooted and the following are there. Broadcom Netlink Gigabit Ethernet Microsoft ISATAP Adapter#3 (yellow triangle at this one) Microsoft ISATAP Adapter#4 (yellow triangle at this one) Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface (yellow triangle at this one) WAN Miniport (IKEv2) (yellow triangle at this one) WNDA3100v2- RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N USB Adapter
  4. I have a wireless internet conection with virgin media. I use a laptop (old) and a PC in a separate room from the reuter (DELL PC is under two years old - windows 7 OS). Last night when switched on the screen was blank. After turning on and off a few times, it started in safe mode. Eventually got it to start this morning in normal mode but with no internet connection. Laptop still has internet connection, phoned virgin and everything is ok from their side, also reset reuter. Checked dongle - is fine, checked connection with an ethernet cable - still no connection. Virgin media name appears under the network list but says 'limited access' next to it but clicking on internet link gives no connection at all. I clicked 'status' and it says IPv4 not connected and IPv6 not connected. I paid a tech guy to come out but he says it is weird and he would have to wipe the computer and maybe it is the motherboard. Help anyone!
