thanks for the information......i have thought about building my own computer from scratch can anyone give me a suggestion for a good motherboard

Hi all I am looking at getting my computer upgraded to make it play games much better but i am stuck at knowing which Cards my computer can handle. First of all i Want to upgrade my Graphics card then my Sound card. Below are the Spec of my computer (not the best im afraid) PSU: Max Output 450W Motherboard: Aopen Serial number MX46-533V Current Graphics card Radeon 9550 If you need any more information just ask and i will provide it. I am grateful for any help that i can be given.
