How do I reduce pixel count to enable uploads? To what count is acceptable? Can you do this and keep original? Thank you.

This was resolved by my wife on the phone for over an hour with AT&T. The touch pad has succumbed. Works partially. The finger tap to enter does not work any more, so I have to left click or right click to maneuver. The reason I pay extra for security is when the lease expires and I try to renew security there is always a short period of non coverage and I always get whacked. I am not computer literate enough to avoid all the extra little costs and biiger ones, too. I really thank all that tried. I do appreciate efforts, helpful or not. Just trying means very very much to me. If you have more questions or just want to shoo the bull, go for it. Thank you all again. A greatful tomten10

Hi, Would like a little feedback with this please. Signed up for AT&T internet program about 2 mo ago where they are (I thought) somehow going to keep my security level at least as high as I could. Started having problems with typing showing up very slowly, sometimes several seconds. Then finger scrolling got harder and harder to do. Now finger scrolling is very good but I have to use the two keys to go back and to enter. I would like to know the probability of this being a security matter, or hardware. Thank you. Tomten10
