No, I have not upgraded at all, I took this info from the computer itself, so assume it is correct.
It does not just happen in the mornings as I first said, but anytime and I do not usually close the lid. Is that important?
What about a format and reload? Despite that being a big deal, it may be worth it. what do you think?
