Hello, first time post and very grateful to you people who give their time and expertise for nothing. It may not necessarily be mornings only, but so slow it takes sometimes half an hour for my laptop to get going. I have had it for about three years and this problem has been going on for about three months now. It is a Dell (inexpensive one) with Vista Business. Intel 1.73 Ghz. 32 bit OS. Memory 1Gb. I don't know much about all this so please keep it simple. Alan
