  1. Okay that just made me a bit confused lol. I never wrote down anywhere its not my computer. I bought it myselve and no1 else has access to it. I'm not going to explain what the rules at home are here, but i'm just not allowed to be on at for say.. 2:00am :]
  2. Thanks for the help, and the bleeb is only irritating since i'm kind of not allowed to go on the computer at some points, the beep is my betrayer :o

  4. Since a while ago the startup beep really became annoying. It's not needed to me, really. I know the beep formation could change to even more beeps to show errors, but I will not let that happen. If there is a way to turn off the sound, I would very much appreciate that. PS: In Device manager when I show hidden files, the Beep file in Non-Plug and Play Drivers is not present. I thought changing it's type to disabled would have fix it, but it's not there. Thanks in advance! -Rowan [EDIT: It could be that the beep only displays on windows vista, it also could be I tried to fix my issue earlier undoing the installation of beep]
