Hi,
I have some problems regarding sending invoice emails from Quickbooks pro 2015 using Outlook 2013.
1. When I click in Quickbooks on E-mail I get an error saying “The file c:\users\******x\.ost is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and the try again. You might need to restart your computer. “
This only happens when Outlook is open, when I close it then it works fine.
2. I also get an other problem that when outlook is closed and I try sending an email from quickbooks, after I click the button send Quickbooks gets frozen. The computer works fine just Quickbooks gets frozen.
3. My final problem is that when outlook is closed and I’m sending an email from quickbooks, the email will stay in the outbox folder in outlook and will only be sent when I open up outlook.
I’m sorry for so many questions.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix these problems?
