  1. Hi, I have some problems regarding sending invoice emails from Quickbooks pro 2015 using Outlook 2013. 1. When I click in Quickbooks on E-mail I get an error saying “The file c:\users\******x\.ost is in use and cannot be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and the try again. You might need to restart your computer. “ This only happens when Outlook is open, when I close it then it works fine. 2. I also get an other problem that when outlook is closed and I try sending an email from quickbooks, after I click the button send Quickbooks gets frozen. The computer works fine just Quickbooks gets frozen. 3. My final problem is that when outlook is closed and I’m sending an email from quickbooks, the email will stay in the outbox folder in outlook and will only be sent when I open up outlook. I’m sorry for so many questions. Does anyone have any idea how to fix these problems? Many thanks Joe
  2. Thanks for your reply. How do the big companies do it e.g. Dell, Hp….? If I buy a dell computer with windows 7 pre-installed it already has most of the updates installed. When I click on “windows updates” in “control panel” it wouldn’t show any installed updates, so it must be that all the updates were install together with windows.
  3. Hi, I have currently an original Windows7 SP1 cd. If I install windows now on a computer and then check for updates, it will download over 800MB of updates and it takes a while to install all of them. How can I create a windows cd with all the updates, so when I install windows it’s up to date? Thanks
  4. That's right. thanks any way
  5. Thanks for your reply. The letterhead is save in a pdf format, and the documents are printed from ebay or other websites. Thanks
  6. Hi, Sorry for the Titel, I wasn't sure what to call it. At the moment I have printed papers with just a letterhead, and when I want to print a document on it I insert the pre-printed letterhead in the printer and the document is printed on it. How can I do this without pre-printing the letterheads? For example, when I press print it should ask me which document has the letterhead and it should print both at once. Does anyone know a program which will do this? Thanks
  7. Hi, Thanks for your reply again. I know that Dell, HP etc. are much bigger than me, but do they get a discount? If yes, how do they do it? Thanks
  8. Thanks for replying. What do you mean by "system builder"? What I want to do is, to build Pcs and sell them with windows pre-installed. Is that called system builder? Thanks
  9. Hi, I'm looking to buy windows 7 and windows 8 oem licenses in bulk let's say around 100. Where can I buy them for cheap? I have contacted microsoft but they want to sell it to me more expensive as in the shop. Thanks
