Hi all! I've been having trouble with my Windows 7 Acer Aspire 5738Z running incredibly slowly for the past few weeks. It's a constant problem and CPU usage is ridiculous. Right now I have a Youtube video running in one window of my browser, and I'm typing this in another, and CPU is between 92 and 100%. The only other programs running are Sticky Notes and Microsoft Security Essentials. I've run a full Security Essentials scan and a Malwarebytes scan recently to see if it might have been some malware causing the problem, but it's done no good. Could anyone possibly advise on what I might try? If you need any info on specs/processes running and so on, please do ask. Many thanks in advance for your help! :D Dave
