Hi nev No never worked! Tried a system restore to factory settings in safe mode but no luck! If no advice fixes it its going for a repair along with a complaint! Thanks, Luke

I recently purchased a new pc and when i turned it on the starting windows thing came up however it then blue screens. I restarted my computer and i am ony able to start it in safe mode as if i start windows normally it blue screens again! Please help me!
