Hi all. I have been fixing laptops and computers for about 5 years and have just come across a problem that I can find out nothing about. I have a toshiba equium a200 laptop which will start with the charger plugged in but the screen will not come on. If the charger is unplugged then the it starts fine but if I put the charger in at any point during booting it will freeze. As soon as windows has started I can plug the charger in and it will work until it just randomly freezes could be a minute could be a hour. The cursor also flickers constantly if that may shed some light on it. I would appreciate any help you could offer :)
