Hi I have a samsung laptop which keeps freezing whilst trying to carry out tasks with Windows. I use vista home premium. If I'm only using normal software ie. internet or Word etc. then I don't have a problem. The problem mainly arises when I try to carry out tasks such as copying files between folders. However in the last 2 days I have also found that it happens when syncing phones and ipod with itunes. I tried doing disk cleanup and disk defrag but it froze whilst carrying these out. Hope someone can help Thanks in advance.
