So I'm a noob when it comes to the technical side of computers, I have recently had my internet crashing down on me every so often, while the rest of my family haven't had this problem, I don't know whether it's because I haven't got drivers installed for my Ethernet Controller? I can't find the drivers for it, I tried to find some but the stuff I downloaded was useless and done no change, and when I try to update the drivers it says that windows couldn't find the software?
