  1. There might be some internal problem or like any installation file is missing or corrupted. Try repairing the Windows if doesn't work, try re booting the Windows.
  2. Well..if you are using wireless network at your home, you do not need to enter any IP address because it would configure the IP automatically. You just need to enter the key for wireless connectivity. Try doing this, id doesn't work, re-install the driver for wireless connectivity.
  3. The only thing can help is, you need to go online to hp.com and scan for the missing drivers. If there is any missing driver, it will automatically install that driver on the system.
