Hi guys, I'm new to the forum thought I’d say hi! Also I have a question that I cannot seem to find an answer for. For a while now I have been helping various friends and family with the PC's including upgrading, virus removal, fresh installs etc. My question is when I get a PC that needs reinstalling but the user has no Windows OS CD/DVD, where/how can I obtain a CD/DVD to use with the Product Key on the side of the PC or bottom of the laptop? I ask this because I am interested in carrying out more work but when people bring their machines without the restore disks from the manufacturer I find myself stuck. Any advice and support will be really appreciated Thanks in advance, Nav
