  1. Hi Nev I'm not sure if my last message went through ok so I'll repeat just in case. The screen was ok on the laptop and when I reconnected to the desktop that was ok as well. I would be grateful if you could still describe the removal and checking of the graphics card just in case. Many thanks
  2. Hi Nev The above is beyond my computer capabilities. There is some good news the screen does not look as bad/pink has it did yesterday. I'm not building my hopes up though I'm still going to try another computer, my brothers tomorrow and also check the connection status. Then if all fails I will try what you suggest. Many thanks
  3. Thanks I'll have a look and give it a lift and wiggle.
  4. Hi Nev There is a separate NVIDIA version 275.33 graphics card which was fitted 12 months ago. I had thought about trying the screen on another computer so I will try as soon as I can. Thank you

  6. Hi Everyone About 2 months ago my old screen started to change colour from white to pink. I thought the screen had had it so I bought a new one, Acer LED Technology S240HL. It's worked fine for about 3 weeks and all of a sudden it to has gone to a shade of pink. I can't have 2 screens, one brand new having the same fault. Is it just my bad luck or is it to do with the computer which is a 6 year old Mesh Elite 630 Intel P4, 1024 PC3200 DDR-Memory. Totally Lost
