Guys, I couldn`t get the log, but I found some more details about the problem here http://www.americanpendulum.com/2012/10/02/fbi-moneypak-scam-dangerous-malware-making-millions-of/ and here also https://community.mcafee.com/message/258232, I combined your words with the steps here and what happened was that I run my PC in safe mode, I put the external drive and run Malwarebytes from the drive. I scanned the system and thus removed the infected files. I hope there are none left. Thanks guys!

Hi guys! Are you aware of some way to remove an FBI message from my computer? Have in mind that since this message is displayed on my Desktop, my whole system is locked so I cannot access any system files or programs. I really need to unlock the system, of course, so any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
