​Hi there, I recently put AVG anti virus on my pc. when I restarted a blue screen appeared telling me of an error and to restart in safe mode. I did this and another message told me to go into control panel select restore to an earlier date. I did this and on restart after booting I got a blank screen but my cursor pointer is on view and I am to move it using the mouse but that is all I can do. Can you please help me.:confused:
