I tried that and on reboot it came up install failed!

Hi, I have an Acer Aspire V3-571 and have all of a sudden not been able to play dvd's. When I went into the Device Management I got the following "hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" Can anyone help me? Or help me find the correct driver on the Acer website so I could try re installing it? Thanks
