I just have a question. Can a Blu-Ray Player be put on a computer. I can play DVDs on my laptop(Windows 8.1) but not Blu-Ray Quirkie

Depending on what all is involved in doing this. Is it complicated and if I do something wrong will it damage my computer? If it's too complicated I could take it in to the computer repair shop. Quirkie

Ok "Roll Back Driver" is an option but it's in the gray so cannot click on it Quirkie

Ken, I'm sorry I didn't answer that question. A little sign pops up in the bottom right corner after the screen goes blank for a few seconds. It says AMD Display Driver quit responding and has successfully recovered. Quirkie

I'm not having much joy either! I'm trying on the HP site but they aren't coming up with it! Quirkie

Hi Ken, AMD Radeon HD 8210 is listed when I click Display adaptors These are numbers listed 13.351.1105.1005 I do not see any yellow exclamation mark Quirkie

By the way this seems to happen the most when I first turn it on in the mornings, although it has done it during the day Quirkie

Also the man at the repair shop said the weatherbug uses up resources on a computer! Not sure what he meant Quirkie

The avast and weatherbug have been uninstalled and the windows defender is on. I did the same with my laptop even though I wasn't having any problems with my keyboard Quirkie

Someone else told to try changing the TDR Value! I don't know what it is! I tried looking under device manager but couldn't find where to go to check for updates. Guess it's different on windows 8.1 Quirkie

Where do you go to see if the driver needs to be updated? Quirkie

I download it but when it went to install it says this is already on my computer. Do I need to override it and let it install anyway? Quirkie
