What is the best free email? When I registrated at this forum it wouldn`t accept gmail. I googled.. found zoho.. tried and it was accepted. I`ve used gmail for so long and have mostly been happy with it (once a account of mine got hacked and I never got it back), but I`ve read that that can happen with other email provoders also.

In the bottom of my internet screen there are a message almost on all websites I visit (also this forum). It`s in Norwegian (since I`m norwegian) so I don`t know the exact frase in english.. but something like this: "This website would like to run the following program: Adobe Flash Player from Adobe Systems Incorperated." Below there are a line like "What is the risk?" And I can choose between Allow and Allow for all Websites. So my question is.. Do I just Allow for all websites and no problem? Yes, yes.. I`m a noob.
