Hi, I have tried installing it using both USB and a disc. I used the facility on the laptop to diagnose the problem. When I install a operating system it just loads it up and freezes thats if i am lucky.

Ok so my laptop woundnt load windows and i run a diagonoses and it came up a hard drive issue, i replaced the hard drive and now i am having the same issue.
