Hi, my operating system is Windows XP. My computer is a zoostorm. I got the computer on 24/12/12. I wanted to watch a DVD on my computer but it didn't work. I then downloaded a DVD compatible software. Since I downloaded this software my computer has had a virus on it. It doesn't allow me to use my internet even tho the signal is very good. I have run numours anti-virus scans and cleaners but nothing has worked. This problem occurred about a month ago. As it's a new computer I thought I would delete the operating system and install windows 7 or 8. How do I delete my Windows XP operating system?
