Thank you so much for your advice, sorry to be so not technically minded, but where do I open the case to take out the video card and where is the heat sink, thanking you.

Hi my PC only turns off on it's own when I am playing 1 of 2 games, I haven't tried again, a bit scared. Sometimes it takes me ages to get the PC back on.
