Sorry I mean cursor instead of mouse

My Sony vaio isn't working! When I turn it on it just has a black screen but I can see and move my mouse please help!

I don't know lol what do you think is a good budget and I'm thinking about 20 inches screesize

I need to find a widescreen gaming monitor with hdmi input, I need it to be cheap as my budget is low
