why is ther eno way round it? how cna they tell?

hi, i am a computer novice so please go easy in any answers! i have been a member on a website (ultimatereef.net) for years, and they have a registration system like this one. i have been banend recently due to a totally false accusation. i cfreated a newa ccount, but they noticed and bvlocked it. i changed my ip address, created new account (diff email addresses each time), and they still discovered it and blocked it, within 30 mins. other than my ip address how cna they know it is me when i am using different emial addresses? is there a way round this? thanks for any help
