1. last image wont send right now.
2. changed ip address Thanks for spending time to look into this for me, It's appreciated. I hope you can read the "CMD" text. It shows a device called toredo tunneling pseudo interface. Since posting here, this device has suddenly switched off, and 'hey presto' only one administrator again and permissions have all but returned to normal. Please also note that the IP Address shown in these images is not mine. Also on my Windows Explorer side pane and as shown above I am part of a network that I did not join & I do not have access to the account named "Millie". I get this dialogue box when I try to open it Also on the next image in the shared folder in system tools at computer management these 3 folders are in accessable to me and were not created by me, and if possible I would like to unhook myself from any network server, remote desktop or any other uninvited software that can override my control. Thanks again Jay.
3. try again
4. Tried to send screen shots, to give some perspective on the extent of the issues, but seems they didn't send...
5. Hi Ken No I just get a single Admin Icon
6. Despite peforming a clean install of windows 7 Home Premium & formatting the drive in the process, I still seem to be part of a network, which I did not join. I have also discovered a second Administrator User account, which has access to folders & permissions that I am locked out of. The problem "Admin User Account" has changed many of my settings reducing my ability to respond effectively to 'take back' my PC & prevent this from reoccuring. How would I proceed without current access to relevent permissions to pertinent settings ? Thank You in advance.
