no ive still got my desk top its when i click system restore the page opens up with system restore in the info but the page is blank no i dont have the disk for xp its a dell xps t600r

kids have been on pc and everythings gone wrong where do i start. saying java disabled and wont show pages have reinstalled java and reset all internet setting defults still not working also mcafee wont open and wont let me uninstall it in add and remove programs so i thought id do a system restore to before the little darlings got their grubby mitts on it to find a blank page please help
