Hi I have tried this but to no avail....malwarebytes did find a virus worm? Pup.ibryte which has been quarantined ? Still can't use keyboard and the search bar keeps filling up a comma?? Still trying to get on acre website to update keyboard driver? :(

Hi there I'm new to this forum, I'm really struggling to get to the bottom of my problem I'm on windows vista home premium 38bit...about 3 wks ago my daughter was playing on friv online games and the keyboard stopped working? Since then all sorts has happened I had last night blue screen of death (i think) switched off...will not restart properly and can't get into safe mode as keyboard not work..I have bought a new one and it has been fitted? Still won't work? If I go to type something the search area fills up as though someone is holding down a key..in my case the comma key? This happened in Firefox and Internet explorer although doesn't seem to be happening in chrome? So I have done several virus scans I have bull dog installed I exited and downloaded Microsoft scan ..bit defender scan and the Microsoft 10 day scanner...no infections found?????? I'm just almost through a malware bytes scan? The page also in Firefox and explorer flips up and down as I was trying to download from acer last night to update Bluetooth and keyboard drivers but couldn't get the page to stop jumping gggrrrrrrr any help would be appreciated thank you...aj
