I run a pc with windows xp. an amd athlon64 3800+ processor. graphics card failed. replaced with msi n210-d512d2 but wouldn't work as that is a 64bit card. my system information does not say what bit it is so led to believe that if it doesn't say it's 32bit. I put in a evga GeForce 8400 gs 32bit card but the system does not get past a black screen with the egg timer frozen. the only spare card I have is the msi one. both of these are new but will not work. reading up on the evga card I am informed that it is deffo a 32bit but the box states "true 64bit floating point" What is the card? 32bit or 64bit and what should I be looking at to buy? I'm not a gamer, just use the PC for internet stuff, emails and facebook, etc contact with family. at present I do not have any graphics card so I cannot log on, even in safe mode. How do I fix this??
