Hi Everybody, This is my first ever entry to a forum so please treat me gently. I am a retired Brit living in Thailand. I have an Acer Aspire 4750 running (when it is running) Window 7 Home Premium. I dropped the machine accidentally onto the table last week and since then when starting up Windows Boot Manger appears giving me: Status Oxc000000f Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible. I do not have a recovery disc but have created a recovery usb drive from a second computer running Windows 7: however, I cannot get past the Boot Manager Status page even restarting and tapping f10 ( an idea I found here). It is likely that the drop has disrupted something but please can you advise me how best to proceed from here? Thanks Brian
