hi, ive just purchased a secondhand laptop and its asking me for a username and password which I don't know, how can I get access onto the laptop and delete the previous owners username and password,ive tried to contact them but they are not replying to me . it also says how do I log onto another domain any clues on what I have to do as I cant use the laptop thanks.
