Thanks KenB I finally got rid of the password that last tip you gave me was the ticket. Will you post it as resolved. Now I have to play around with getting all my stuff from my old pc on this one. I had Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome 87 on my old pc. I want to get them up and running I am basically going to turn this pc into my old one. lol. Once again Thanks KenB.

I am starting to feel that way too, I have the name changed and the password but I still have to use my password to open the pc.

Hi to all I finally got a new pc with Windows 10. I am having a problem when I turn it on, I have to type in a password which I never use on any pc I own. This pc has a password that the store gave me to use temporarily. It also has the store as local account administrator, how can I do away with that and the password to turn on the pc? Thanks for removing my email address, I don't have an alternate email address, just the tg**l .

The Facebook and Yahoo account I cant access are ++++++@yahoo and same on Facebook. The problem is I got a new phone and they wouldn't port my old number , I don't remember the password to either account. I don't have access to the old phone number and I cant get them to send a reset link to my new number.

I still cant get on Yahoo Mail or Facebook , I even a few password recovery downloads but because I didn't save those passwords they couldn't be found. I am tying on IE, Yahoo and Chrome even the suggestion you gave doesn't help.

Thanks for your reply, could the problem be because I used Internet Explorer and didn't use the auto fill in. I can find other passwords that I used auto fill in for.
