hi starbuck, thanks for helping me with my pc, i need to update my internet explorer to 8 , if i do will i lose all my pics and my saved things i have on my pcif i dont lose all my stuff then i will update my Internet explorer to 8 and then i will try and install SP3 thanks again

hi,my automatic updates is on but they havent done any updates im still on sp2 ive tried to download sp3 but i got a onscreen message saying service pack 3 set up error service pack 3 setup cannot update a checked (debug) system with a free (retail) version of service pack 3 or vice vera what do i do its all gobbledegook to me
