Hi, Sorry about that Windows Ultimate was the original OS. I don't have DVD CD Rom drive. Yes, I can access the partition in Safe Mode. I now have 24% free space on the disk. Thanks!

After I re-install win 7 on the first partition which is C, i cant open my second partition (D). Every-time I tried to open D, a new windows appears and says " Access is Denied" I tried changing the drive letter, but nothing happens. I also tried to change the properties of the partition to take the ownership, but unfortunately it also didn't work. Please help me I have important files in that partition. Thanks in Advance. :)
