I have purchased a brother DCP770CW printer, I have followed all setting up instructions, a test sheet says all is installed correctly but I have tried to print photos from my pc but just get the plain paper coming out of printer, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ken, I will try that, while I am here I wonder if you .have you any ideas why my recently bought brother printer will not print photos, i have installed machine done a test page which says all is well but i just get plain paper coming out after trying to print.

I can reach my e bay and facebook pages through normal search but when i try to sign in I get a message saying no internet connection, although my connection is there. anyone experienced this / thanks.
