Hi, have been having the same problems with my sons pc, tried doing the steps mentioned above and still no joy, tried connecting up with a different monitor and instead of the light going from green to orange as before this one just flashes up with a message saying the signal cable is not connected, i am at a loss as what to do next without spending a fortune if its something really simple that i am doing wrong, please help me!:confused:
