Hi, When I normally copy and paste a https address in Windows Live mail 2012, it appears in blue, and the recipient can click on it and open the link. I have tried to send a link and the colour is in black and white and a smaller font. I sent the email to myself to test it, and when you click on the link, nothing happens. I am running Windows 7.

Does that mean that I am stuck with Android 5.1 Lollipop.

I, I am having a problem which I think that many other people are having. I have Sky go on my Hudl 2 tablet. If I open any Sky sports channel, it works for varying seconds, the screen freezes, and a message appears saying, " error code 14 ". I rang Sky and they said that I needed to update my software system to over 5.0. I told them that my system was up to date, and I was running Lollipop 5.1. She put me on hold, came back and admitted that there was a problem with some makes of android tablets. She said that it was something to do with the app, and they were working on it. Apparently, this problem has existed for a while. I was wondering if I changed to OS Marshmallow 6.0 that this may solve the problem. If so, does anyone know the best way to do this.

I have just purchased a bluetooth dongle for my desktop PC, Windows 7. I inserted the dongle in a spare usb port. My PC recognises the dongle and shows it is connected to my Samsung Galaxy j3 (2016), and my Hudl 2 android tablet. My phone and tablet are both showing connected to User PC. I have managed to send a file from my PC to phone. When I try to send a file from phone to PC, it says "Sending file", and then says "File not sent".

I have realised that I needed to shrink the desktop screen to show both screens. Once this was done, I could drag and drop and choose a folder to copy it in. Many thanks.

I have watched the video. It shows how to copy and paste. I cannot see any mention of drag and drop. To drag and drop, do I have to have the desktop and the selected file from the phone screens showing at the same time. If so, can you tell me how to do it please.

Can you please tell me what folder I should use as well as the phone folder, and how do I put the two folders on the PC sreen.

I have tried to drag and drop, without success. When I connect the phone to my PC, and I locate the video from the phone, it will play on my PC. I select copy and, say, open My Documents, it will actually paste. When I try to open it , it says " This folder is empty".

I have done what you have suggested, and it works. The photo is still on the phone. I am having a problem however trying to move a video (film ) from my phone to PC. The video plays ok on the phone, but I cannot seem to copy and paste to my PC. I have copied and pasted videos from phone to PC before, no problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) phone, and I have transferred photos to my PC Windows 7 without any problem. When I try now, I cannot copy and paste to my PC. After coupling the phone to my PC with the USB cable, photos showing on the PC are all wrongly rotated, and my PC will not allow me to rotate. The same photos on the phone are correctly rotated. I choose a photo from the phone, press copy, but when I go to My Pictures, it will not paste.

I have tried again to uninstall. This time, I did the scan first, and then deleted all the left overs. The printer has now been removed from Programmes and Features. I had a bit of trouble trying to remove it from Devices and Printers, it kept coming back. I right clicked > see whats printing. I noticed that it said that there was 1 in a queue. I deleted this and it now seems to have been removed. I have shut down my PC, and re-booted. Everything now appears to be ok. I wonder if this could have been the root of the problem. By the way, I live in the UK.

To expand a little more, when I have tried to uninstall using Revo-Uninstaller, it is similar to using Programmes and Features. It goes so far and says " Printer Driver cannot be deleted ".I have noticed that I tried to uninstall Epson SX 210 Series Printer on 25th May this year. With your help I thought that I had uninstalled the printer, and regarded the problem as solved, but obviously, I had not.

I have downloaded Revo-Uninstaller, and followed the instructions. Epson SX 210 Series Printer is still showing. I did a scan for left over files and deleted them, but the printer is still showing.

Hi, I have installed Epson XP - 332 Printer on my PC. It is working fine. I have been trying it uninstall my old Epson SX 210 Series Printer. I opened Control panel > Programmes and Features > Uninstall Epson SX 210 Series. It asks do I want to Uninstall Epson SX 210 Series.I press Yes. It goes so far and then says " Printer Driver cannot be deleted ". I have tried going to Start > Devices and Printers. Both Printers are showing with the Epson XP - 332 Printer as the default one. A drop down menu on the Epson SX 210 Series Printer has the option to Remove Device. I select this, and it is removed. When I go back to Devices and Printers, the Printer is showing back on again. I have also tried Start > Computer > Properties > Device Manager, but neither of the Printers are showing there. I would be grateful if anyone has a solution.
