Hi I forgot to mention that I have no problem with the Microsoft Software itself. It's just the Packard Bell logo which stays longer and takes longer to come up. I have done a few things. I will go through them. 1. I have cleaned all the temp files on my C drive. 2. I have run a full check using Panda antivirus. 3. I have defragged my computer 4. I have removed from my computer a program which I no longer need. Not sure about removing anymore as I don't understand what most of them do. What more can I do?

Hi I have a Packard Bell computer with Windows 8. The computer used to start very fast. When I turned it on it used to go pass the Packard Bell logo really quickly. Now it takes some seconds before the logo appears and the logo hangs around for a bit. What can I do?

There was a problem as the AMD would not download it failed more than once so I am using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. Is that fine? I don't play games just want to watch YouTube and other video services.Or do I need AMD which it failed to downlaod as I said.

No it did not come with a a disk but the good news is that I have found the correct version of AMD to install. I must have got lucky.
